To enroll in a class/seminar, fill out the information in the form below and hit "Submit".
Note: You must fill out all required * fields or the form will not process. Once we receive your enrollment form, you will receive a detailed email outlining all requirements.

Because we limit the amount of dogs per class and our classes are in high demand, we fill up in advance very quickly and do not hold spots nor guarantee one without payment confirmation.
*** Payment is required in full at the time of registration to guarantee a spot.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of submission, the enrollment form is deleted and the spot becomes available again. ***

*Should multiple enrollments be received at the same time outside of office hours for a last spot available, we will prioritize by date & time of submission*

We do not accept payment plans nor post-dated cheques. For your convenience, we offer the following payment options; Interac e-Transfer/Email Money Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Certified Cheque, Money Order or Cash. For your security, all credit card payments are processed either in person or over the telephone. If you are dropping off a cheque or money order, please complete this form and print it (before clicking "Submit"), then submit this form by clicking the "Submit" button. Please include the printed copy with your cheque or money order and make it payable to Delightful Dogs. Please email/call ahead to confirm address and drop off instructions.

3. Select the Interac Email Money/E-Transfer service

5. Fill in the information: dollar amount, from which account and optional personal message.
6. Then follow prompts to complete.
